The NCAFA&E educational programs provide concerts and workshops by professional artists in the area schools and for adults. |
NCAFA&E Bringing the arts to your community & schools
Funding is an important factor in the number of programs we can offer and how many of the 13 school districts we are able to impact. If we don't have the funds we are unable to respond to the request of area teachers. You can make a difference by joining the NCAFA&E, attending a concert, connecting with an affiliate, volunteering, or providing financial support.
Our Education Committee is currently working on scheduling the Arkansas Art Center Tell-A-Tale Troupe in several area schools. Click on the link below for other touring programs available for our community.
These special events are in addition to the "standard" offerings to students. Pre-Concert Performances, Visual Art Exhibitions, Student of the Year Award, and such workshops in the classrooms as "art in math," "art in science", basic calligraphy, cartooning, drama, poetry, & others requested by area teachers.
