The North Central Arts Foundation for the Arts and Education, in Fairfield Bay, is celebrating Arkansas Heritage starting the morning with biscuits and gravy from 8:30 a.m. to 9::45 a.m. Then at 10 a.m. the dynamic folkgrass duo of the Ozarks, Still On The Hill will perform. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs for the concert. In the event of rain, the concert will move inside to Indian Hills Country Club. Additional parking will be across the street at Faith Lutheran Church, drop off your guest and get a ride back in one of the golf carts.. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. hotdogs will be served. There will also be a tour of the museum and log cabin. Other musicians will perform during the day. This is a free concert, but donations will be appreciated.
